6. If the Seller, at any time including after development of the agreement, considers the credit of the Buyer unsatisfactory the Seller may: (a) require security for payment of the Purchase Cost. 21. The Buyer will pay the Seller right away. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any additional Item to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
